Colt Nichols and Beta agree to part ways early

In breaking news today, Colt Nichols announced that he has mutually agreed to part ways with Beta early from his two year contract he had with the team. The contract started at the beginning of the 2024 Supercross season. It was long rumored that Colt was not happy with the motorcycle upon his return from injury partway through the Supercross season. He struggled a bit with results and often finished behind Benny Bloss who was considered the second rider on the team. No announcements yet on where he might land, but Steve Matthes of PulpMX is reporting we will see Colt on the HEP Suzuki team and could be racing at the Millville round.
