In breaking news, the Lawrence brothers announced this morning on social media that they have parted ways with their manager, Lucas Mirtl. They have been with Mirtl for a few years, and he also represents some other large stars within the moto industry. The news was released through a message sent to Lewis at VitalMX that was posted on his X account.
The Wasserman Agency that employs Mertl and represents the Lawrence brothers also issued a brief statement through Phillips that was posted to his X account shortly after. Confirming that Lucas was fired by the agency and that they have already assigned replacements to take over with the Lawrence brothers. For such a strong statement to be made by both the athletes and the agency in the age of defamation lawsuits they must feel very confident in the evidence that they have already.
Lucas Mitrl Issues a Respose
In a response to his private Instagram page, Lucas issued his first public statement. He indicates that he was blindsided by this by both the Lawrences and his employer Wasserman. There are clearly some big things at stake here and going to be lots of hurt feelings and figer pointing. We will likely never know the real story unless there is a lawsuit and documents get published. One would wonder if it took multiple signators to take money out or spend, thus making it much harder for this to occur.
