The freshly revitalized WMX series will be back again in 2025 for a six-race series. The series announced the series schedule yesterday, along with a few updated rule changes. The races will all take place on Pro National weekends at the same track and will be raced on Amateur day at those events.
Notable Rule Changes:
- Minimum Age Requirement: 16 years
- Machine Size: 122-250cc
- Minimum Wheelbase: Front 21”; Rear 18”.
The age requirement was raised to 16 years, which cuts out some of the younger competitors who were able to race this series and compete at Loretta’s in the WMX class. So, if gates have a smaller turnout, that will likely be part of the reason.
